July 21, 2021I had the pleasure of meeting Alex this summer when I contacted NutriFit Health for their free nutrition and weight loss consultation. I have tried many different ways to lose weight and have always failed. With NutriFit program I learned how to understand the food I eat and how my body works with this food. Alex did not restrict my eating habits but showed me how to read labels and introduce healthier things into my diet instead. Alex also taught me which foods encourage a healthier lifestyle and healthier living. As a personal trainer, he showed me how to increase my exercise so that my body would work more efficiently towards my goal. Alex is a qualified nutritionist so he can help you with your individual dietery needs. They are completely reliable...always on time and super flexible. I don't know how they are hitting such a high standard with such a good price...but I am pleased they are! I was wasting so much money on groceries I didn't use and take outs of unhealthy food. Now I have the fun of choosing a week's meals according to my tastes from the comfort of my easy chair knowing I will receive healthy food that is budget friendly. Cannot go wrong---budget-friendly and body-friendly!! Delivery is scheduled and has not missed one day in many months! Strongly recommend you try this food service.

I’ve been training with Alex for almost 3 years now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training once a week, as part of a group session, really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions & then took on a personal one-on-one session as well! He also gave me a few great tips on my diet and even shared some recipes!
